The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, recruitment, financial, or professional services. SaaS and international experience are highly valued. You should be able to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities are essential. A proactive, personable, hard-working, and adaptable attitude is required. Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is a plus.

As a sales professional, you'll play a crucial role in developing the Russian market by prospecting potential clients, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings. You'll qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact we bring to an organization. Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for our solutions. Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts. Work collaboratively with internal teams to help close sales opportunities. Participate in exhibitions and events. Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts.

We offer an excellent remuneration package commensurate with the high growth potential market and a ground-breaking cloud-based platform. The salary range for this position is approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
