**Job Summary**
We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth from €10M to €50M. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, Lisbon, or remotely, requiring fluency in French and English.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating a revenue-generating machine by executing a winning sales strategy. Your primary objectives include:
- Contribute to business forecasting and define a strategic sales plan aligned with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure sales strategies align with market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify key growth areas and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales processes and funnels to ensure scalability and efficiency in customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Leverage data-driven insights to forecast sales outcomes accurately and ensure alignment with financial and operational planning.
**Sales Leadership**
You will also be accountable for attracting, finding, and hiring top talent and leading your sales team to excellence and performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Building a recruiting agency within Paradox and sourcing talents in your network.
- Creating a culture of performance and feedback within the team while reinforcing our company values.
- Defining the right commission structure for the team and ensuring the CRM is properly filled with relevant information.
**Compensation & Benefits**
