The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive sales, manage day-to-day programme operations, and develop strong relationships with key client contacts through effective written and verbal communication.

  • Drive sales and manage programme operations
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and analytics teams

You will maintain a direct line of communication with the Director of Programme Sales and their management peers to ensure consistent work efforts across all programme sales teams.

Key Performance Objectives:
  • Ensure 100% delivery of SOW requirements and goals for TTEC and achievement of client revenue targets
  • Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables
  • Improve key success metrics associated with goals, including Customer, Employee, and Client Satisfaction Scores, Client Sales-Level Goals, Monthly Revenue and Margin Goals

Senior Sales Managers are accountable for absenteeism, attrition, in-chair occupancy, reliability, schedule adherence, retention, and profitability. You will drive client message, actively manage staff, support, motivate, and retain an outstanding team.
