Senior Sales Director for European Broadcast Media

About the Role: Mbr Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Director to join their team in Europe. As a pioneer in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space, the company offers cutting-edge technology and comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers.
The Opportunity: In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within Europe. Your primary focus will be on hunting sales opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute a Strategic Sales Plan: Meet or exceed revenue targets within Europe by developing and executing a well-defined sales strategy.
- Hunt Sales Opportunities: Identify and engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers to drive new business opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company's solutions. Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Provide Accurate Forecasts: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports to senior management.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully hunting sales within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience selling solutions or services in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.
- Strong Network: Strong network and relationships with Broadcast Media Service Providers in Europe.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the region as required.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
