Leading European Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling educational or technical products to lead our sales strategy in Lisbon and expand into the larger European market.
Job Description:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the Lisbon market, followed by expansion into Europe.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Drive lead generation activities through partnerships, direct outreach, and industry events.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs for team performance improvement.
- Franchising & Engagement: Collaborate with partners to support a franchising model, ensuring professionals are equipped to successfully sell and deliver the product.
- Sales Performance & KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
- Event Participation & Networking: Represent the company at industry events to promote the product and generate new leads.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback on the product from customers and collaborate with the product development team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Resident in Lisbon city.
- 3+ years in a Sales Manager role.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling educational or technical products.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
