**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales strategy for luxury resorts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and increasing market share through effective action plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer contact skills, and a results-oriented approach. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business plans, set sales strategies, and promote our resorts in the European market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Increase market share through effective yield management and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop business plans and set sales strategies
  • Promote our resorts in the European market through targeted advertising and public relations efforts

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in handling European markets
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of **€80,000 - €120,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
