The Role

As an Indie Campers Regional Revenue Director, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and performance in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics regions. You'll lead regional teams to achieve gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage regional teams to ensure high performance and effective execution of strategies.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all regional operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional revenue growth and profitability.

You'll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regional plans. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned with our goals and standards.

Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a general management role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, retail, or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving regional performance and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
