Sales Director Europe

As Assistant Director of Sales Europe, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues on key accounts and converting key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.
Key Objectives- Achieve market share growth, yield strategies, and meet budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in budgets, projections, and implementing plans for each market segment, as well as set sales strategy for the Resort.
- Direct all advertising, public relations, and promotional activities of the resort in Europe region.
- Define and ensure guest requirements are met, and guest services correspond effectively to their requests.
- Promote the Resort in assigned territory and achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to position the resort in the Europe market.
- Previous experience in handling European market is preferred.
- Position will be based in the resort.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- A team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship, and time management skills.
