Job Description
We're seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in key European markets, particularly Portugal, Spain, the UK, and the DACH region. As Global Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future trajectory, balancing your responsibilities between leading a team and managing your personal sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to meet ambitious revenue targets while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Navigate complex healthcare contracts and public tenders, selling to top hospital stakeholders (CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs).
- Guide and coordinate our sales team, driving performance across key European regions (Portugal, Spain, UK, DACH).
- Take ownership of a personal sales quota, closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with hospital executives.
- Navigate cultural nuances and localize sales approaches for each European market.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience in healthcare sales, particularly to large hospitals and public institutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals with ACVs of €100k+.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to tailor sales strategies for different European markets.
- Consultative selling skills and ability to 'walk the walk.'
