Job Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Description As a Sales Director Cluster Leader, you will be responsible for drawing up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Managers of the hotels. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Sales department, providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets. Your role will involve developing business across all segments, including MICE and Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with General Managers to develop marketing plans and budgets
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities
Qualifications:
• Previous senior leadership experience within sales and marketing required
• Cluster role experience would be an advantage
• University/College degree in a related discipline required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
