Global Sales Development Professional for Lisbon

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Development Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities;
- Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space;
- Consulting with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their business goals;
- Qualifying businesses to be handed over to skilled account managers to increase revenue;
- Using various tools, including MS Excel and Salesforce, to research, communicate, and sell to customers;
- Providing regular product feedback to improve advertising products.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent Greek speaker (C2 level);
- Fluent English speaker (at least B2 level);
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status;
- Excellent communication and sales skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- A willingness to experiment and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a dynamic multilingual team, private health insurance, and relocation support.
