Job Description
As our Head of Sales, you will play a key role in building a massive EdTech company that drives revenue growth and expands our global reach. You will lead our sales team to excellence and performance, attracting and hiring top talent, and developing strategies to take us from €10M to €50M revenue.

Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align sales strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities. Develop and execute a winning sales strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to forecast sales outcomes accurately.

2. Lead the Sales Dream Team
Become an expert in identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talents and develop the Sales Hiring Formula. Set and monitor OKRs to track the success of sales initiatives, adjusting tactics to meet revenue and growth targets.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.

Location
This position can be carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your home, requiring French and English fluency.
