Head of European Sales Operations

We are on a mission to change the way companies manage their finances. At The Hub/Danske Bank, we believe that company spending should be delegated to all employees and teams, automated as possible, and drive a culture of responsible spending.
Our team is looking for an experienced sales leader who can spearhead our efforts in the DACH and Nordic markets. As Head of European Sales Operations, you will lead a team of talented sales professionals, providing them with the tools and strategies they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record in B2B tech sales and customer retention strategies in the SMB/velocity space. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in German or Danish required. Knowledge of French, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus.
This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 per year, along with additional benefits such as lunch allowances, private health insurance, and access to LinkedIn Learning. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including 3 days in office and 2 days at home weekly.
