We are Emma – The Sleep Company, a highly ambitious team pushing the boundaries of technology to transform the world of sleep. Our goal is to become the world's largest D2C sleep brand available in over 30 countries. We're looking for a Sales Business Development Intern to join our team and help us achieve this objective.

The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with a Key Account Manager to develop business relationships with major European retailers. They will negotiate with clients, present our product portfolio, steer performance, bring and develop best practices. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating sales administration, working with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for negotiating the promotional calendar, ensuring smooth execution, and providing clear reporting and deliverables. This will enable better decision-making and more efficient relationships with our partners.

To succeed in this role, you should have completed or be close to completing your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ideally, you should have some initial experience in e-commerce and/or external stakeholder management. You'll also need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously with high responsibility, and strong analytical skills.
