Head of Sales and Business Development Leader

This is a full-time position at Paradox, carried out from our offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or remotely. Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year.

Your mission will be to create a revenue-generating machine and take us from €10M to €50M revenue within the next 5 years. To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning sales strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align sales strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify key growth areas and refine go-to-market approaches.
2. Build a recruiting agency within Paradox and source talents in your own network. Engineer the "Sales Hiring Formula": Uncover the characteristics of successful sales and marketers for our product portfolio. Develop sales targets, objectives & incentives for each team member. Accountable for achieving and exceeding the business's sales targets, generating targeted revenue, and controlling sales expenses.
