We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Phiture. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct contact with wholesale accounts to ensure high-quality business execution, excellent brand image, and visibility in their stores.
  • Execute trade marketing calendars in alignment with head office recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop action plans to increase sales, address problem areas, and identify ways to boost sales through analysis of store business sales reports.
  • Maintain good relationships and collaboration with the team and partner accounts.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and improving sales performance.
  • Ensuring highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with pre-determined company initiatives are maintained on all points of sale.
  • Training and motivating store team members to achieve the highest standards of our Brand Awareness.
  • Coodinating and implementing store events and promotional calendars.
  • Visiting stores to oversee visual merchandising, training, and sell-out.
  • Serving as the brand ambassador for Rituals in the field.
  • Supporting sales during peak periods.
  • Effective stock management to minimize losses through control of testers and store damages.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

About You:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing wholesale cosmetics sectors.
  • High communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities to develop commercial plans.
  • Availability for frequent travel (around 80%).
  • Languages: High level of English and Spanish, with native Portuguese speaker.
