Business Development Representative - Lisbon
About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our commercial hub, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling to business clients in the hospitality industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Country Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on the challenge of identifying the right contacts, is driven by targets, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
Requirements:- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting
- A motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
- Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
- Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 25,000-35,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission (20% OTE)
