Your primary focus will be identifying and generating new qualified sales opportunities to expand Rydoo's presence in the Benelux market. You'll work closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and develop a strategic sales approach for the Benelux market. With your exceptional communication skills, ability to build rapport, and organizational expertise, you'll directly impact our sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth Responsibilities Identify and generate sales pipelines through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other innovative approaches to capture key prospects' attention Qualify outbound leads to comprehend their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can provide assistance Collaborate with the sales team to align on market strategy, grow the pipeline, and expand the customer base in your assigned region Gather marketing information regarding customers, competitors, and pricing Requirements Possess a natural hunting personality – enjoy delving into details to understand customers and find out who they are and what they need Approach people-first – excel at interacting with clients and can turn 'no's into 'yes's Fluency in Dutch + English (minimum C1 level; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus) 1 to 2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions (previous SDR or outbound sales experience is highly valued) Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics Highly organized and adaptable A growth mindset – demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills Results-oriented mindset Be a compassionate, unselfish, and true team player Practicalities Report to the Head of Business Development Part of the Sales team Location: Lisbon Benefits Enjoy a competitive package, including salary and benefits Meal vouchers worth €9 per day Rydoo's Hybrid work policy allows you to decide where you're most productive Rydoo On Tour offers international mobility, enabling employees to temporarily relocate to countries with Rydo offices Professional freedom and a flexible work environment Upskilling through training and coaching programs Regular company and team events Join a wonderful international team with over 33 different nationalities Free Portuguese language classes Spectacular onboarding program for all new Rydooers Free drinks, fruits & snacks, plus occasional after-work drinks and great parties
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
