Job Description:

Dyson is a renowned global premium brand with a focus on innovation and technology. We are seeking a skilled B2B Agent to provide sales and aftersales service to Dyson Professional customers in the UK and Irish markets. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, enthusiastic about innovation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and aftersales service through inbound and outbound calls and written communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding machine troubleshooting, registration, spare parts, exchanges, refunds, and other customer service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Requirements:

  • C2 level of spoken and written English.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software to manage customer information and queries.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
