We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising and consulting small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses via email, phone, and chat support. Key responsibilities include acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies, providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services, identifying trends, and giving feedback from customers to engineering.

Requirements
  • You have a native level of German and excellent English skills
  • You have previous experience in B2B Sales
  • You are dynamic, self-starter, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude
  • You are able to adapt and communicate effectively with high-level executives
  • You have strong organization and prioritization skills
  • You have a strong team spirit and willingness to support your co-workers when needed
What We Offer
  • A long-term contract renewable every year
  • Rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day, Mon-Fri 7 AM to 9 PM, Sat-Sun 8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Salary conditions*: €1030 gross/month including free accommodation or €1400 gross/month excluding accommodation
