Job Title: Social Media Sales and Marketing Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Social Media Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
  • Identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space
  • Providing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goal
  • Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
  • High school degree or bachelor's degree
  • Sales or marketing background
  • General understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • Strategic thinker with a drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • True team player willing to work with many different nationalities

What We Offer:

  • Fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of renewal
  • Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm working hours
  • 15 days of paid training
  • Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1.298€ gross/month without accommodation
  • Reimbursement of initial flight costs for international applicants
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
