Job Title: Social Media Sales and Marketing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Sales and Marketing Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
  • Identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space
  • Performing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goals
  • Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals
  • Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
  • High school degree or bachelor's degree
  • Sales or marketing background
  • General understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • Strategic thinker with a drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • True team player willing to work with many different nationalities
  • Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship

What We Offer:

  • Fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of renewal
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm working hours (40 hrs/week)
  • 15 days of paid training
  • Salary conditions: 1,040€ gross/month including free accommodation or 1,298€ gross/month without accommodation
  • Reimbursement of initial flight costs for international applicants
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
