About the Role:

You have a passion for advertising and sales, and you're looking for a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills. As a Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
Identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space
Providing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goal
Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

Native German speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
High school degree or bachelor's degree
Sales or marketing background
General understanding or interest in online marketing products
Strategic thinker with a drive for excellence and professionalism
Excellent communication and listening skills
True team player willing to work with many different nationalities
