Blu Selection, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join its team in Athens, Greece.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong ability to drive results in B2B sales, and excellent communication skills. A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English are required.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1200€ gross per month, with the possibility of a 250€ performance bonus. In addition to a permanent contract after probation time, benefits include health insurance, paid training, and a multicultural work environment.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth while ensuring close communication with the team. This role requires a proactive work approach, intercultural communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Athens for an international career and life experience.
