The Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead sales expansion in the mid-market segment. You'll be responsible for driving net new revenue growth within your assigned territory, working closely with business developers to fuel your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and strategic selling of Rydoo's solutions.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for your territory, combining personal outreach, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent over-achievement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Partners, to deliver tailored solutions and drive results.
  • Maintain accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry.
  • A strong academic background or equivalent experience.
  • An exceptional sales hunter with proven account management skills.
  • Excellent social skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a dynamic presence.
  • Minimum English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Additional languages: C1 level in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish.
