The Role
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to spearhead sales expansion in the mid-market segment. You'll be responsible for driving net new revenue growth within your assigned territory, working closely with business developers to fuel your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and strategic selling of Rydoo's solutions.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for your territory, combining personal outreach, email campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent over-achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Partners, to deliver tailored solutions and drive results.
- Maintain accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry.
- A strong academic background or equivalent experience.
- An exceptional sales hunter with proven account management skills.
- Excellent social skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a dynamic presence.
- Minimum English proficiency (C1 level).
- Additional languages: C1 level in German, Dutch, French, or Spanish.

- A competitive salary range €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
