Agicap, a leading financial management solution for SMBs and Mid-Market companies, is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing strategic relationships with medium and large companies across Europe.

Your Mission:

As a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative, your primary goal will be to build and manage a pipeline of high-potential opportunities within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will work closely with our Account Executive (AE) to generate leads, conduct qualification and discovery meetings, and develop strong relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Targeted and personalized prospecting: Identify and engage key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  2. In-depth needs qualification: Conduct qualification and discovery meetings using the SPICED method to understand prospects' challenges, pain points, and impact.
  3. Consultative approach: Showcase Agicap's value through tailored use cases and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
  4. Opportunity development: Build strong relationships with prospects and own the sales pipeline from start to finish.
  5. Sales cycle support: Ensure the quality of projects handed over to the AE and participate in strategic meetings.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience (1-3 years minimum), ideally as an SDR or AE in B2B SaaS or with exposure to high-level contacts (C-level executives).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills with strategic decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct complex discussions on financial issues.
  • Hunter mentality, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork ability to collaborate effectively with the AE and take responsibility in the sales cycle.
