**Your Mission**:
As an **Accounts Payable**, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will be responsible for verifying invoice details, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships.

**Your Main Tasks**:

- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation;
- Verify invoice details, such as purchase orders, quantities, prices, and payment terms;
- Prepare and process vendor payments, including checks and electronic transfers;
- Monitor payment due dates and take proactive measures to avoid late payments;
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items, including discrepancies in invoice amounts, posting errors, and missing documentation;
- Prepare and analyze aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and accruals to support month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Generate financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable activities, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements;
- Printing and filing AP invoices and checks;
- Opening, sorting and distribute the mail;
- Answering phones and occasionally ship goods via UPS and Federal Express;
- Assist with other projects as needed.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2+ year experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel; experience with electronic invoicing and payment systems is desirable;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile accounts and resolve complex issues;
- Able to anticipate and handle ad-hoc disruptions in the regular workflow;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry, processing, and reporting;

- Able to gather information, organize, arrange and plan concrete business;
- Available for hybrid work.
