Support the client tech specialist team on interesting tasks and challenges at our Viana location, such as:- Desktop support.
- Desktop connection to network.
- Telecommunications support.
- Help Desk / Systems Operations.
- Develop / support web-based programs.
- Special Assignments - Responsible for the completion of special assignments as required.
- Teamwork - Considers and seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team.
- Actively seeks collaboration with internal and external team members.
- Scope of position is defined by basic problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or projectEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:- Technical Certification in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fied
- Bachelor Degree in related area is valed
- Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)Internal Use Only: Indirect Hourly
