For this exciting position we are searching for a Medical Science Liaison to cover the south of the national territory.
In this position, you will represent the Medical Affairs Department as an expert in the therapeutic area, establishing and maintain medical relationships with HCPs through peer to peer scientific engagement.
**Typical Responsibilities**:
- Engaging in discussions in specific disease areas, collecting external insights on current medical practice and therapeutic approaches.
- To provide high level of field medical and scientific input, anticipating future needs and planning to fill evidence gaps.
- Work in collaboration with others Medical Affairs team members, to develop a high quality field medical plan.
- Delivering educational programs related to disease awareness, preferable through the development of scientific partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: providing training, supporting research teams and be a critical player within the team.
- Together with other Medical teams (Clinical Operations and Evidence Generation), support clinical research activity in the corresponding therapeutic area.
**Essential**:
- Advanced scientific degree in a relevant scientific discipline (ex: Medicine, Pharmacy or disease related science).
- Enthusiastic and passionate about oncology.
- Science driven.
- Team player and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good communication skills (impactful communication) and good negotiation skills (negotiate with empathy).
- Organized and proactive.
- Resilient and self-motivated.
- Eager to learn and open-minded.
**Desirable**:
- Project management skills: be able to plan, execute, promote scientific exchanges with scientific community and monitoring their own project.
- High-level of scientific knowledge and ability to analyze and process clinical and scientific data.
