**About Your Role**

As a **Project Manager**, you will strive to develop a positive customer experience, nurture relationships, and support brand loyalty. A Project Manager's responsibilities include helping customers as they transition from sales prospects, building strong relationships and taking ownership of all relevant processes and interactions with customers. You will work as part of a team of experts willing to set high standards and improve our product and processes to exceed our customers' expectations.

To be successful, you must be proactive, eager to learn new skills, and passionate about our customers' success. You must be able to empathize with customers and constantly look for ways to build customer empathy and build strong relationships.

**You will**
- Own overall relationship with assigned customers, building trust among champions and key stakeholders within each account.
- Be responsible for all the different phases of the customer lifecycle, that include managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption and ensuring retention with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure a consistent and strong customer message is embedded in all internal processes.
- Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations with the help of the Technical Support and Field Operations teams.
- Perform periodic customer success reviews to assess customer satisfaction.
- Review customer feedback and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience when using Flow products and services.
- Coordinate internal resources for the timely execution of all customer deliveries.
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives and documentation.

**Who we are looking for**
- Proven working experience in B2B Project Management
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Strong technical background (hardware and software)
- Experience in managing SaaS products
- Start-up mindset: ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the mobility industry is a plus
