**Introduction**:
Our client is a prestigious Industrial Group that intends to recruit a Projec Manager to integrate it´s Team being responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects related to industrial equipment, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals within the region. This position is to be performed at a national level as well as international level (Europe).
- Leads the planning and projects implementation;
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Plans and schedules project timelines;
- Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Performs quality assurance;
- Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
- Manages all contractors on site and ensure their adherence to all site health & safety rules;
- Completes contractor control documents due to H&S regulations.
- Manages project budget and resources allocation, with assistance from Senior Project Manager.
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements;
- Develops full scale project plans;
- Performs project evaluations and assessment of results and risks;
- Identifies and implements best practices for installation;
- Gives training and assists new Technical Team Members;
- Plans and schedules using appropriate tools to complete assigned projects.
- May monitor and report progress of projects, with guidance from the Senior Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same position in an industrial environment (preferably packaging and plastics);
- Qualification in project management or equivalent;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and oral;
- Availability to travel frequently (Portugal and abroad);
- Experience in AutoCad and Project Manager (or other planning tool);
- Experience in MS Office, preferably Excel;
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, change management and people management;
- Hands-on mindset;
- Pronounced high level of curiosity, creativity and critical thinking skills;
- Distinctive skills in communication;
- Think independently, have a high level of commitment, goal-oriented, have assertiveness and enjoy working in a team;
- Ability to find your way around in a fast working environment with good stress management.
