Spotify - German Customer Success Representative

Our client is a world’s leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. They create inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.
**About the project**:
Provide services for German-speaking business clients of **Spotify;** one of the largest (180 million paying subscribers) music streaming services.
**What you will be doing**:
- Provide first level support to unmanaged advertisers placing ads via Ad Studio.
- Customer contact via E-mail and Chat. At a later stage, there is also a possibility that customer contact by phone will be added.
- Use critical thinking to craft thoughtful and custom-made responses to customer queries, and supplement with templated responses when needed.
- Identify sales opportunities that can either be passed onto the sales team or provide support yourself by acting as a consultative partner who thinks outside the box.
- Leverage internal systems to log issues and escalate technical queries to the internal support teams.
- Work occasional ad hoc support tasks outside of the general chat queue.
- Set eligible advertisers up on invoicing and submit ICR’s when required.
- Identify fraudulent activity and take action to mitigate risk.
- Assist with general billing queries and process refunds for eligible advertisers.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in **German (must be at least C1**)
- Communicative level of **English **( **at least B2**)
- **You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate**:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**

**CONTRACT**:
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
