**Job description**:
Join Veesion and help us recruit our next talents We are a start up in full expansion, the goal is to double our workforce with several profiles (Sales, developers, admin, customer support). As a hunter you will impact Veesion's efficiency by recruiting its new talents.
Your role at Veesion is not limited to recruiting because, as we are growing, we need to structure our processes and methods.
Your role will also be to enable all teams to work in the best possible conditions, making sure they have everything they need.
Recruitment tasks:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs in order to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent
- Creating job descriptions
Admin tasks:
- You are the key contact for the news employees in Lisbon
- Managing internal communications
- Process improvement
- Meeting schedule
**Your profile**:
- Ability to bring forward new and creative solutions to our recruitment needs
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while remaining positive and focused
- A keen eye for detail, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and quality
- Collaborative in nature with strong communication and relationship building skills
- You are organized and serious.
- Finally, you are comfortable communicating in Portuguese and English (Level C1-C2 minimum required)
- European citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

**Interview Process**:
We are committed to a rapid recruitment process in 3 steps:
- An initial interview with our talent acquisition team to introduce you to the company, answer your questions and get to know you
- An interview with one of our CSM managers, to tell you more about the position and ask you more technical questions
- A final interview with our Team Manager, in our offices for the ultimate fit.
