**Join our global team of our Center of Excellence People Operations**

**Your tasks**:

- Oversee and monitor all day-to-day people services transactions that come across workday or ticket request
- Pull frequent reports to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and proper capacity planning
- Assign Workday related tasks, to-do´s, and incoming requests via the Ticket tool as needed to meet SLAs
- Ensure frequent follow-up on pending requests
- Pull frequent KPI performance reports and provide root cause analysis
- Follow up with the team on CAPAs
- Act as 1st escalation contact for People & Culture Heads, Business Leads and employees
- Ensure proper stakeholder and escalation management
- Collaborate closely with P&C Business Partners and local / regional P&C Head
- Ensure that legal updates are considered in contractual templates by approaching respective process champions
- Own critical annual people operations processes such as salary review, profit share
- Ensure that process adjustments initiated by changes in legislation are properly done by process champions
- Perform selected actions within day-to-day operations for a defined group and/or services
- Support continuous process improvement
- Run randomly quality checks and provide team members with real-time constructive feedback
- Upskill and coach team members to deliver a customer-centric people ops service

**Your talent**:

- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or significant professional experience
- Leadership experience within People Operations / HR Services, ideally in a Shared Services context
- Experience in line managing skills, knowledge, and abilities
- Capable of building strong and trusted internal working relationships across the business and functions in order to deliver required results, including with senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail and experience in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in managing priorities well to ensure business as usual and longer-term projects are balanced appropriately and completed on time
- A solid understanding of current local employment law, social insurance, and tax
- Up to date with employment law that impacts the employee life cycle
- A solid understanding of visa/work permit rights
- Driven, with a hands-on attitude and flexible approach
- Ability to drive change and adapt a flexible working approach
- Very good MS Office skills - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers, and senior management
- An independent problem solver who can set priorities, make high-quality judgments and decisions quickly and effectively drive outcomes through to completion
- Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus whilst maintaining strong relationships
- Proactive and creative problem solver
- Solutions focused and manages risks appropriately
