A Egor está a recrutar, através do Job Center do Porto, **Guest Relations (M**/F) para um Grupo bastante conceituado na zona de Vila Nova de Gaia.

**Funções**:

- Acompanhamento das reservas diárias, garantindo que todas as necessidades e pedidos dos nossos clientes são concretizados e se possível superados;
- Analisar o feedback dos clientes e fornecer uma direção estratégica para a melhoria continua;
- Criação do Perfil dos clientes em sistema;
- Auxílio na Gestão e organização do sitting nos respetivos turnos em sintonia com as Hostess;
- Capacidade de detetar e antecipar as necessidades de cada cliente;
- Oferecer e promover com a equipa um serviço personalizado.

**Perfil**:

- Experiência anterior em funções similares (estágios curriculares serão valorizados);
- Conhecimentos Inglês (obrigatório);
- Carta de Condução (obrigatório);
- Disponibilidade de horários;
- Disponibilidade imediata;
- Integração numa empresa em crescimento;
- Vencimento compatível com a função.
- Horário de trabalho full-time.
