**MISSÃO**
Participar no desenvolvimento da agência, prestando apoio comercial, administrativo e técnico ao mercado português e às atividades intragrupo:
- Assegurar o bom funcionamento dos dossiers comerciais e o seu acompanhamento,
- Assegurar o bom funcionamento dos dossiers comerciais e o seu acompanhamento, atuar como elo de ligação com a Técnica Comercial (CT) para coordenar as relações com os clientes.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestão de encomendas: registo das encomendas, envio de avisos de receção aos clientes e acompanhamento das encomendas;
- Organizar campanhas de marketing: pode ser necessário participar em feiras comerciais, atuar como elo de ligação para promover os nossos produtos e serviços, gerir a organização de feiras comerciais com o departamento de marketing;
- Prestar apoio contínuo ao CT: fornecer ao CT os documentos ou informações corretas que lhe permitam encontrar ou fidelizar novos clientes e obter encomendas;
- Acompanhamento de projetos (antes, durante e depois): verificar o bom funcionamento dos projetos, o que pode implicar deslocações a clientes em todo o território nacional;
- Resolução de conflitos com clientes: identificação do problema, apresentação de propostas, definição de vias de melhoria em articulação com os vários departamentos da empresa, comunicação do plano de ação ao cliente e posterior acompanhamento para garantir a sua satisfação;
- Gestão de CRM: registo de clientes, definição de lista de clientes prioritários para o CT, etc;
- Apoio administrativo à sucursal: deslocação a fornecedores para recolha de material em caso de urgência, arquivo de ficheiros comerciais

Salário: 900,00€ - 1.100,00€ por mês
