**Your Role**:
As an Administrative Manager, you will be ensuring the seamless and efficient plant non operations functions. In your role, your primary purpose is to oversee and optimize administrative processes, procedures, and resources to support the overall success of the new cable business unit. You will be mainly responsible for HR, Finance & controlling, purchasing, communication & public relations.
- Define and monitor all administrative, financial and HR activities
- Outline and implement short, medium and long budget plans
- Prepare monthly and annual reports as required
- Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits
- Use data analytics to strategically predict financial trends
- Advise the investment team in making financial decisions in order to increase profits and minimize losses
- Establish internal work processes for the finance department (including accounting and billing) and monitor their progress
- Evaluate company expenses and work to reduce costs
- Have a clear understanding of and comply with current laws and regulations

**Your Background**:

- Master's degree in Business Management/ Marketing & trade/ Finance or related background with an HR post-graduation and / or expertise background (preferable)
- Outstanding written and verbal English skills, Portuguese is mandatory.
- Experience of 1+ year in a similar role leading the non operational functions in an automotive field or preferably in a Cable industry.
- Solid leadership, maturity and confidence with a pragmatic mindset.
- Results Oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
