**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, part of the local Talent team within HR unit, to oversee the full cycle of recruitment activities in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Understand the business needs and translate them in annual resource planning;
- Ensure follow-up of recruitment activities by using SuccessFactors and appropriate management and reporting tools;
- Ensure smooth execution of all Recruiter responsibilities like job posting, CV screening, interviews, on-boarding etc.;
- Ensure qualitative and timely hiring of new employees in coordination with Local HR services and DXC;
- Become trusted advisor of the hiring managers to ensure smooth and compliant hiring and on-boarding process;
- Support Employer Branding activity plan through annual planning and execution of certain activities;
- Drive the relationship with external recruitment agencies and partners and ensure good level of collaboration with Regional Talent CoC Europe through talent pipelines as an example;
- Lead continuous improvement activities to bring additional efficiencies in the hiring process.

**What will make you successful**:

- University Degree;
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter;
- Result focus and good communication skills;
- Any additional experience in HR is valued;
- Fluent in English.
