A HR Partner é uma empresa de Recrutamento Especializado, que trabalha diretamente com o cliente final. O nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional líder no setor onde opera e numa ótica de crescimento está atualmente à procura de um Junior Data Protection & Privacy Specialist para integrar equipa em Lisboa.
**Descrição da Função**:
- Apoiar o Responsável do Departamento no Programa de _Compliance_do Grupo;
- Comunicação trimestral de KPI’s;
- Apoiar na implementação de ferramentas de proteção de dados;
- Gestão e atualização da base de dados;
- Analisar os contratos de clientes realizando atualizações de acordo com a legislação em vigor;
- Resposta a questionários de RGPD enviados pelos clientes;
- Assegurar que os processos de validação dos projetos cumprem os princípios de _Privacy By Design_;
- Assegurar o processo de avaliação de novos fornecedores;
- Assegurar o cumprimento das Políticas e Procedimentos internos do Grupo;
- Apoiar na elaboração da documentação (políticas de privacidade, formulários de consentimento e procedimentos internos);
- Realizar sessões de formação e sensibilização para os colaboradores;
- Gestão de eventuais incidentes que envolvam dados pessoais;
- Monitorizar e acompanhar a legislação de proteção de dados em vigor;
**Perfil do Candidato**:
- Licenciatura em Direito, Gestão de Projetos e/ou Certificação na Proteção de Dados Pessoais;
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano na área da proteção de dados pessoais;
- Conhecimento da legislação em vigor, nomeadamente o RGPD;
- Inglês Fluente;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação;
- Autonomia.
