Senior Business Controller Manager

**What You’ll Do**
- Supporting in the preparation of the Budget.
- Preparing monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet account and financial analytical review.
- Classifying and post documents in bookkeeping software (ERP);
- Supporting the monthly and yearly closing accounts.
- Working proactive with external auditors to drive timely closure of technical accounting matters.
- Supporting finance team to ensure proper accounting and disclosures along with documentation of accounting memos.
- Fixed asset accounting & Reconciliation.
- Reporting statistic/KPI delivering on weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintaining and updating accounting policies & procedures in line with U.S. GAAP & Local GAAP.
- Supporting statuary and group audit processes.

**What Experience You Need**
- Education: relevant and completed degree in Finance or similar.
- Previous working experience as a Financial Controller
- Language: fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish will be a plus.
- Understanding of financial metrics such as Operating Profit, Margins and Working Capital;
- Skilled in use of advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Power BI.
