**About the job**

Capital Markets (c. 700 people) is the entity of CIB providing a **wide range of financing solutions for large Corporates**: Debt financing (Structured Loans and Bonds), Equity financing (IPO, Right Issues, etc.), Real Assets financing (Project Finance, Export, Aviation, Shipping and Real Estate), Syndicate and Securitization (ABS, CLO, CMBS etc.).

CM COO Office is working in close collaboration with the Head of Capital Markets. The team is in charge to manage strategic development, transformation, digital, financial reporting, internal communication, human resources development, compliance & regulatory topics etc.

**Your Main Activities Are**

Accomplish the following tasks under the supervision of CM Chief of staff & in close coordination with all CM business lines:
Coordinate deal list & revenues reconciliation process with data providers (Dealogic / Bloomberg / refinitiv); Challenge league table credits from main competitors as relevant

Become an expert on dealogic database / update market data each quarter for the head of capital markets / Run market data analysis upon request

Lead & coordinate the Originate & distribute exercise data collection with Origination & syndicate teams, maintain the database accurate at all times and provide quarterly analysis on O&D

Maintain quarterly reporting of key deals closed by each Business line & help on related marketing materials

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Masters Degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, Accounting, Data Science

Strong appetite for complex data analysis on capital markets

Advanced level of English, both written and oral

Knowledge in MS Office Pack

Communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to collaborate / teamwork

Attention to detail / rigor
