We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Spanish-speaking customers have a seamless experience. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in Spanish and a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
