**The Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in preparing and analyzing reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for our GBS.
As a Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with various GBS departments to gather key information, standardize, and improve reporting processes, and develop processes to track volume and performance metrics.
You will also be responsible for preparing Excel datasheets to be imported into PowerPoint and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for GBS service level agreements within all areas (Finance, Procurement and HR Services)
- Retrieve, analyze, and prepare the output of KPIs for GBS using company tools and the MS Office suite
- Liaise with all GBS departments to obtain key information
- Standardize and improve reporting processes to reduce manual steps
- Prepare Excel datasheets for import into PowerPoint and Power BI
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting materials
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs
- Experience and knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in business analysis in a project delivery environment, with an understanding of how business analysis can deliver value
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven knowledge of Power Tools - Power Query (M Language) and Power Pivot (DAX)
- Experience in Power BI Dashboard development,
- Experience with Excel data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus

**Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required**
- University Degree (Finance, Economics, Management, or similar)
- Previous experience in a Reporting Analyst role is valued
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
