**Your contribution to something big**:

- Lead acquisition team for plant calculations, analyze and optimize acquisition calculations by influencing production processes and product design;
- Be the main interface between development and customer concerning topics related to product design and testing;
- Manage the implementation of new technologies (SMT-insertion, production processes, assembly sequences, test concepts, test programming, others.) needed for a new product incl. e.g. follow-up on status and higher management involvement on demand
- Drive the cost awareness and requirements management tough simultaneous engineering loops;
- Promote pre-DFT (Design For Testing) and pre DFMA (Design For Manufacturing and Assembly);
- Lead benchmarking activities.

**During project phase**:

- Align tasks with Plant Project Manager, PTE (Product Test Engineer) Test Team, CoCs (Center of Competences), Development,...;
- Participation on DFMA, DFTs;
- Participate (report) in project status meetings, PTE Testing Team meetings and other technical related meetings during the industrialization phase;
- To drive the SE (Simultaneous Engineer) tasks in case of technical disagreement between plants, project, sample build;
- SW delivery (features, maturity, PDT, versions, tools for programming & analysis, tests before sample delivery,... ) from project to plant and sample build during the industrialization process;
- Follow up the implementation of the projects security concept with participation of CoC Security, CoC ITM, PTE Testing and the project;
- Discuss and define the project related download concept (on need, to be discussed again in review meeting, sample shops included);
- FPY follow up with plant MFE3, PTE Testing and development during industrialization
- Report together with plant PM.
