**JOB**: Administrative & Finance Assistant
**REPORTING**: Finance Manager
The Administrative & Finance Assistant provides comprehensive support to the administrative and financial activities of the organization. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial responsibilities, requiring attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Assist in the preparation and treatment of financial documents, such as invoices and suppliers documents
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences account/bank reconciliations
- Assist in the analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Manage and organize office operations, maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills. (English is mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
- Location - Office (5 days/week)
- Compensation: Salary Range: 15.000€ to 18.000€/year + health insurance + bonus eligibility
