**Descrição**

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance team with various tasks essential to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while working closely with seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliations;
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts;
- Assist with financial reporting tasks, including preparing financial statements and variance analysis;
- Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency;
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Perfil**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory);
- Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting is a plus, but is not mandatory;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis;
- Good knowledge of English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
