- BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Intern for Cycle Time, Rework and Scrap Reduction in Heatsink at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

A BorgWarner PDS Viana encontra-se a lançar uma fábrica nova para produtos diferentes a serem aplicados em carros eléctricos. O produto referente a este projecto é um inverter, que converte a corrente DC da bateria para corrente AC para gerar movimento. Sendo um produto com uma quantidade significativa de componentes associados, uma etapa chave no processo de manufactura é assemblagem de Heatsink. um Heatsink consiste numa agrupagem de Vipers, cuja função permite converter corrente contínua em corrente alternada. O processo contém manipulação robótica, batching as conformação mecânica de precisão. O objectivo deste projecto consiste em analisar o processo conseguir reduzir tempos de ciclo, e assim diminuir investimento total na compra de outros equipamentos. Avaliar a robustez do teste através de M.S.A. e estudos de capabilidade. Eventualmente alterar ferramentas e processos para minimizar rework e sucata.

Key Accountabilities:
- Redução de tempos de assemblagem de Robot e fluxo- Estudos de M.S.A (Measurement System Analysis)- Estudos de capabilidade para redução de sucata e rework em assemblagem de heatsink- Redução de Sucata e Rework relacionado com sistemas de aparafusamento

Education & Experience:
- Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica- Conhecimentos processos de fabrico industriais- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de estatísticas- Conhecimentos de Inglês- Boa capacidade comunicativa- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa
