Executive Chef

As Executive Chef ,you will will be responsible for:
Planning, coordinating and supervising the kitchen service of the 5 Outlets.
You will ensure the quality of the service, developing menus adapted to the concept of each of the different outlets, guaranteeing high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety, cost control and stock management in accordance with the outlined business plan. You will also be responsible for leading a multicultural and dynamic team with more than 40 kitchen professionals, promoting a healthy environment, carrying out the planning and organization of service rosters in order to make the most of existing resources, always complying with standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding the client’s expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Customer orientation, passion for service and a professional attitude;
- Empathy, strong relational skills, ability to influence decision-makers, flexibility and adaptability;
- Taste for teamwork, with a strong collective sense of belonging and availability to work with different hotel decision-makers, in order to achieve the defined objectives;
- Resilience and ability to intelligently manage emotions in stressful situations;
- Organization and focus on results, critical sense and strategic thinking;
- Good oral and written communication;
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, supervise and enhance teams;
- Management techniques, supply, stocks, control ratios and business indicators;
- Professional experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar functions. 5-star hotels, superior restaurants or luxury cruise ships with responsibility for managing several restaurants with large capacity and different gastronomic concepts (eliminatory factor);
- Internationalexperience;
- Proven experience in restaurants with buffet service for + 1000 people;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of all basic cooking techniques;
