Siemens is operating a global instance for Workday HCM in more than 40 countries and aims to roll out Workday world wide based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is supporting the Operations across different Workstreams.

**I**n general we expect you to have**:

- 1+ Years General knowledge across Workday functional areas including Workday Absence Management, ideally for various companies/clients
- Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service
- Workday Trainings / certifications in focus are

Working together with the Functional Process Owners, Absence Technical Advise and Workday Operations Team will comprise:

- Discover and analyze issues in the system and define, execute solution approaches
- Identify, design and realize improvements within the existing Absence Management Configuration
- Focus to secure global system and process stability
- Support regular Workday Release Management
- Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries
- Execute and manage regular operational including Incident and Service Requests
- Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework

**Specific Skills**:

- Basic Knowledge in Workday Absence Management
- Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance
- Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday
- Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)
