**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Receive and distribute incoming customer orders
- Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolves complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution and an improved customer experience
- Collaborate and coordinate with Customer Care, Sales, Pricing Team and Accounts Receivable
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provides feedback for process improvement and at knowledge database updates
- Provide support to other Care team members as needed
- Requirements_

**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Minimum 2 year of experience in either customer service/Finance/Data Entry/Data Checking/Payroll Data
- Proficiency in Italian (Minimum B2) and English (B2)
- Excellent mandatory written communication in English + Italian
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions
- Basic Excel Skills
